Summary 

The paper deals with  issues of the use of basic High technologies in business development,   which is  the specificity of the use of high technologies in the economy. While describing defense technologies,we consider  their dual-use feature, which is its main peculiarity. The paper discusses the types of defense and dual-use technologies that are used for rational management of  business system. It addresses the  problems of integration into scientific and technical researches and technological processes of the European Union. These technologies are discussed in  relationship with   the EU's innovative policies and its use as a major innovation resource in the industry sectors of business is clarified. 

While analyzing technological business development   the paper focuses   on aspects of the use of innovative computer technologies in the  production, service and financial , as well as  information sectors of the firm, which use defense equipment and dual-use technologies for the development of state and industrial businesses.

The paper also discusses the means of production of innovative robotics, laser and cloud technologies, computer   system protection dual-use software packages, innovative techniques of automatic payment for safety and technological growth   of business, as well as the problems of the use of   galvanic technologies, important  for industrial business, innovative technologies for the information security of the firm and other scientific technological innovations.

This determines the establishment of technological system of business, the growth of the competitiveness of products and services, as well   the growth of technical means  for  business and  state security  and the development of the national economy.
